PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a positive pressure plastic bottle packed beverage capable of stably making positive pressure of a head space of a plastic bottle and a manufacturing system thereof.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method has a process 114 of generating an encapsulated gas dissolving liquid wherein an encapsulated gas is dissolved at saturated solubility degree at normal temperature and normal pressure or more by contacting a first liquid mainly containing water and an encapsulated gas in a pressurizing atmosphere, a process 130 of generating an encapsulated gas dissolving drinking water by mixing a second liquid containing a flavor component at higher concentration than that of the first liquid and the encapsulated gas dissolving liquid, and a process 140 of making inside of a plastic bottle positive pressure by filling the plastic bottle with the encapsulated gas dissolving drinking water and sealing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】プラスチックボトルのヘッドスペースを安定して陽圧にできる、陽圧プラスチックボトル詰め飲料の製造方法およびその製造システムの提供。【解決手段】加圧雰囲気において、水を主成分とする第１液と、封入ガスとを接触させることにより、常温常圧における飽和溶解度以上に封入ガスが溶解した封入ガス溶解液を生成する工程１１４と、第１液に比較して香気成分を高い濃度で含有する第２液と封入ガス溶解液とを混合して封入ガス溶解飲料水を生成する工程１３０と、封入ガス溶解飲料水をプラスチックボトルに充填して密封することにより、プラスチックボトルの内部を陽圧にする工程１４０とを備える。【選択図】図１
