PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fishing net provided with a plastic-like netting which can be handled by being wound or folded while being like a rigid plastic. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This fishing net comprises (1) a step of preparing a multifilament yarn obtained by bundling a plurality of core-sheath composite long fibers having a core component made of polyethylene terephthalate and a sheath component made of polyolefin； A step of preparing a yarn obtained by aligning a plurality of filament yarns, and (3) a step of obtaining a mesh composed of a net leg 1 and a knot 2 by assembling four yarns 11, 12, 13, and 14. (4) In the step of heat-treating the net under no pressure and solidifying after melting only the sheath component in the yarns 11, 12, 13, and 14 constituting the net legs 1 and knots 2, It is manufactured by a step of obtaining a plastic-like net and (5) a step of forming a fishing net with the plastic-like net.
