PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter in which a plurality of fertilizing pumps and a speed change gear can be arranged in a narrow space between a lifting and lowering link of a rice transplanter and rear wheels and speed change operation of the speed change gear is readily carried out. SOLUTION: In the rice transplanter equipped with a planting apparatus 31 supported through a lifting and lowering link 25 and a fertilizer applicator for applying fertilizer from each nozzle in accordance with planted seedling rows behind a traveling machine body 11, the fertilizer applicator is equipped with a fertilizer-feeding apparatus 46 for feeding fertilizer to the each nozzle and the fertilizer-feeding apparatus 46 is equipped with a plurality of fertilizing pumps 50 arranged in a row in the vertical direction and the speed change gear 55 arranged above the fertilizing pumps 50.
