The device comprises a pot-shaped receiving container (1) with a base which is closed by a sieve (2), and a distributor member (3) for the straw. The device has a slidable actuating link (14) for the distributor member, which is guided through a holding member (16). The actuating link is adjustable by a lever (18) which is formed in the handle (17). The distributor member is formed by a hub (4) with vanes (5) made of radial curved webs. The distributor member is rotatably located on a shaft (7) in the container.
