PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purifying apparatus improved in energy saving property by suppressing discharge electric power from being uselessly consumed because processing capability becomes excessive to the processing amount of components to be processed during streamer discharging.
SOLUTION: An electric discharge control section 63 is arranged in an electric power source means 45 of an electric discharge device 40 performing streamer discharging. Further, discharging electric power of the electric discharge device 40 is increased and decreased according to the processing amount of the components to be processed by the air purifying apparatus by the electric discharge control section 63.
