PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of precisely acquiring the position of a lesion.

SOLUTION: This image processor is provided with a bone determination section determining an area pertaining to the bone of a subject out of areas on a cross-sectional image of the subject, and an image superimposition section acquiring a projection image where the subjects bone is projected and superimposing the projection image on the cross-sectional image by positioning with the region determined with the bone determination part. The projection image projected with the subjects bone is superimposed on the cross-sectional image of the subject so as to precisely acquire the position of the lesion on the cross-sectional image based on the positional relation with the bone in the projection image.
