PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter provided with a device for adjusting the lift position of a parallel link member of a seedling transplanting apparatus and a mechanism to enable the lift of the adjusting device above an upper link member. SOLUTION: A link device 2 for lifting a seedling transplanter having a seedling transplanting apparatus 3 through the lifting link device 2 to the back of a traveling vehicle body is provided with a lift cylinder 160 supported its front end with the traveling vehicle body, placed in a state inclined forward and provided with a spring-type planting level adjusting device 161 at the rear end, a lift link base frame 15 erected on the traveling vehicle body, a pair of upper and lower parallel link members 2 rotatably supported by the lift link base frame 15, and an arm 58 integrated to the lower link member 2a2 between the upper and lower parallel link members 2a1, 2a2. The upper protrusion 58a of the arm 58 is brought into contact with the adjusting device 161 of the lift cylinder 160 above the upper link member 2a1 at least in an unloaded state contacting the seedling transplanting apparatus 3 with the ground.
