The present invention is related to a producing method for over mature postponing material for fruit and vegetable having steps comprising of (1) adding silicon material, (2) spraying an ethylene reducing solution gradually into the silicon material and blending with the silicon material, (3) continuously blending the silicon material and ethylene reducing solution until water/solvent removed to form a dry mixing powder, where ethylene reducing materials in the solution were covered/coated onto the silicon material to form a dry powder. The dry powder may be used for producing a bag or a packing material that is able to keep fruit or vegetable fresh.一種植物延緩成熟老化材料及其製造方法,其步驟包含:加入一矽材料、混合過程以漸進方式加入一乙烯減少材料及特定含量的水或溶劑參與混合、藉由混合過程中逐步去水或去除溶劑,使該矽材料之表面或層間距局部或全部塗佈或填入該乙烯減少材料,形成具有延緩成熟老化效果之一乾燥混合粉體;本發明具有優異的蔬果保鮮、延遲老化能力,可延緩蔬果成熟老化,相較一般PE膜可延緩蔬果之成熟老化1.5~2倍以上時間。
