The invention relates to a laryngoscope blade provided with a lateral guide passage (5) of the probe open on the tongue side, shorter than the blade and provided with an external partition. The distal end (1) of the tongue intended to bear on the tongue is widened towards the axis of the external wall of the lateral channel, while leaving sufficient space for the release of the probe between the end of the channel and the support surface on the tongue (2). The support pad at the distal end of the blade is provided with a side flaring obliquely with respect to the channel (3) and is worked on an open conical surface towards the channel (4).L'invention concerne une lame de laryngoscope munie d'un couloir latéral de guidage (5) de la sonde ouvert côté langue, plus court que la lame et muni d'une cloison externe.
