The present invention discloses a composition as a formulation of lipid liposomes containing synthetic phosphatidylinositol 4, 5 diphosphate (PI (4, 5) 2P) to generate proliferative activity and activation of vesicular trafficking. Said composition also aims to increase the cell proliferation rates, as well as the mobilization of cytoplasmic receptors towards the cell membrane, thereby modifying its surface converting them into possible diagnostic or therapeutic targets, among others.La invención describe una composición tal como una formulación de liposomas lipídicos que contengan fosfatidilinositol 4,5 difosfato sintético (PI(4,5)2P) para generar actividad proliferativa y activación del tráfico vesicular con la finalidad de aumentar tasas de proliferación celular, así como de la movilización de receptores citoplásmicos hacia la membrana celular lo cual modificaría su superficie para convertirlos en posibles blancos diagnósticos o terapéuticos, entre otros.
