PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting implement including a receiving portion which is connected to the end of an arm of a hydraulic shovel, and receives an object to be cut, enabling operation of raking smooth or scraping together on the ground by the end of a receiving portion, and minimized when unusing a fork.SOLUTION: The cutting implement is such that a receiving portion 41 includes a linear receiving surface 45 linearly inclined downward toward the end side relative to the axis of an arm, and a curved receiving surface 46 extending upward from a base end of the linear receiving surface 45, a fork 60 for holding an object to be cut by moving in cooperation with a back part 52 of a movable blade 50 is set at the upper part of a body frame 40 placed on an opposite side of the receiving portion 41 to a pivot shaft 23, and the fork 60 is formed to be foldable to a direction adjacent to the movable blade 50 in parallel or nearly parallel to the axis of the arm, and consequently the fork 60 is stored when unusing the fork 60.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】油圧ショベルのアームの先端部に連結され且つ切断対象物を受ける受部を備えた切断処理装置において、受部先端部分による地面の掻き均し若しくは掻き寄せ作業を可能にするとともに、フォーク未使用時には小型化を可能とする。【解決手段】受部41は、アーム軸線に対して先端側ほど下方へ移行するように直線的に傾斜した直線状受面45と、この直線状受面45の基端部から上方に延びる湾曲状受面46とを備える。枢支軸23に対して受部41と反対側に位置する本体フレーム40の上部には、可動刃50の背部52と協働して切断対象物を把持可能なフォーク60を備え、フォーク60はアーム軸線と平行又は略平行に可動刃50に近接する方向へ折畳み可能に構成されている。これにより、フォーク60の未使用時にはフォーク60を格納することができる。【選択図】図2
