PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray movable diaphragm that has a simple structure, has a small individual difference and can adjust an X-ray irradiation range.SOLUTION: An X-ray movable diaphragm (10) comprises an x-axis movable restricting blade (20) moving in an x-axis direction and a y-axis movable restricting blade (30) moving in a y-axis direction, in order to adjust an X-ray irradiation range in x-axis and y-axis directions orthogonal to each other. The x-axis movable restricting blade (20) consists of a first x-axis movable restricting blade (20a) and a second x-axis movable restricting blade (20b) that approach each other and/or separate from each other in the x-axis direction, and comprises: a first x-axis nut section (25a) for interlocking the first x-axis movable restricting blade (20a) a second x-axis nut section (25b) for interlocking the second x-axis movable restricting blade (20b) and an x-axis turnbuckle (24) that has a first screw section (24a) screwed into the first x-axis nut section (25a) and a second screw section (24b) screwed into the second x-axis nut section (25b), and rotates forward and backward.
