PURPOSE: A method for extending a plurality of roots on seedling of Cyclamen persicum Mill tuber is provided to obtain a large amount of aseptic seedling by treating with vegetable hormone. CONSTITUTION: A medium for inducing multi root-tuber of Cyclamen persicum Mill contains 0.01-0.1 mg/L of NAA. A seedling of Cyclamen persicum Mill has 10-50 roots. A method for inducing root tubers of Cyclamen persicum Mill comprises a step of cutting each root of the seedling of Cyclamen persicum Mill.본 발명은 식물 호르몬 NAA를 함유한 MS 배지에서 무균실생종자 유래의 시클라멘 괴경 유식물체에 다수의 뿌리(다발근)를 유도 신장시키는 방법과, 상기 각 개별 뿌리로부터 5~7 mm의 길이로 절단한 뿌리 절편체를 무균배지에 치상하여 단기간에 새뿌리와 crown을 갖춘 완전한 괴근(Root tubers)을 유도형성시키는 방법과 상기 유도된 괴근을 이용하여 유전적으로 안정된 시클라멘 클론 개체를 대량 증식하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
