The environment recognition auxiliary guiding system includes a depth camera, an environment data storage device and an object image recognition device. When the object image recognition device determines that a match condition is sustained by recognizing and comparing an environment image pixel depth signal obtained by the depth camera to a predefined object image pixel depth signal stored in the environment data storage device, the medical apparatus is driven to move along a predefined guiding route.
