The present invention relates to a sweet jelly containing mushrooms for preventing constipation and losing weight and a method for making the same, and more specifically, to a sweet jelly containing mushrooms for preventing constipation and losing weight and a method for making the same, wherein the sweet jelly has excellent effects of preventing constipation and losing weight and improving the distinctive taste, texture, and efficacy of mushrooms, by adding licorice to grains of Hericium erinaceum, Auricularia polytricha, Lentinus edode, and Tremella fuciformis. The above purpose of the present invention is achieved by a sweet jelly containing mushrooms for preventing constipation and losing weight, wherein the sweet jelly comprises: 5-10 wt% of Hericium erinaceum, 5-10 wt% of Auricularia polytricha, 5-10 wt% of Lentinus edode, 5-10 wt% of Tremella fuciformis, 1-10 wt% of agar, and 50-79 wt% of sterilized water, and here, the Hericium erinaceum, Auricularia polytricha, Lentinus edode, and Tremella fuciformis are in a state of a grain having a diameter of 3-5 mm. In addition, the above purpose of the present invention is achieved by a method for making a sweet jelly containing mushrooms for preventing constipation and losing weight, wherein the method comprises: a first step of cutting, drying, or pulverizing mushrooms to prepare mushroom grains; a second step of adding agar to sterilized water, soaking the agar in the sterilized water, reheating the agar in the sterilized water while the boiled state is maintained for 15-30 minutes, and stopping the reheating, thereby preparing an agar liquid; a third step of putting the mushroom grains into the agar liquid, followed by mixing, thereby preparing a sweet jelly liquid; and a fourth step of pouring the sweet jelly liquid into a molding frame, followed by cooling and solidification, and here, the third step includes a process of germinating mushroom spores contained in the mushroom grains.본 발명은 변비 및 체중감소용 버섯 함유 양갱과 그 제
