PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical liquid housing member which keeps a low amount of dissolved oxygen in a chemical liquid, hardly causes a deterioration due to oxidation and excellent in stability with an elapse of time.SOLUTION: The chemical liquid is housed in a chemical liquid container 10 comprising a plastic of which the oxygen permeability under the condition of a temperature of 25°C and humidity RH of 60% within 12 hr after steam or hot-water sterilization treatment is 200 cm3/m2*24h*atm or above and the oxygen permeability under the condition of a temperature of 25°C and humidity RH of 60% within 12 hr when the oxygen permeability is in a steady state, is 100 cm3/m2*24h*atm or below. After the container is hermetically sealed and subjected to steam or hot-water sterilization treatment, the chemical liquid container is preserved under an environment having a deoxidation means until the oxygen permeability of the plastic reaches the steady state to adjust the concentration of dissolved oxygen of the chemical liquid to 2 ppm or below.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】薬液の溶存酸素量が低い状態で維持され、酸化による変質が生じにくく、経時安定性に優れた薬液収容体を提供すること。【解決手段】蒸気滅菌処理または熱水滅菌処理後12時間以内における温度25℃、湿度60%RHでの酸素透過度が200cm3/m2・24h・atm以上であり、かつ酸素透過度が定常状態であるときの温度25℃、湿度60%RHでの酸素透過度が100cm3/m2・24h・atm以下であるプラスチックからなる薬液容器10に、薬液を収容、密封し、蒸気滅菌処理または熱水滅菌処理を施した後、上記プラスチックの酸素透過度が定常状態に達するまで、脱酸素手段を有する環境下で上記薬液容器を保存し、これにより、上記薬液の溶存酸素濃度が2ppm以下となるように調整する。【選択図】図5
