PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolved oxygen reducing liquid agent for reducing the amount of dissolved oxygen, hardly deteriorated by oxidation and excellent in stability with the elapse of time.SOLUTION: The dissolved oxygen reducing liquid agent is housed in a chemical liquid container comprising a plastic of which the oxygen permeability under the condition of a temperature of 25°C and humidity RH of 60% within 12 hr after steam or hot water sterilization treatment is 200 cm3/m2*24h*atm or above and the oxygen permeability under the condition of a temperature of 25°C and humidity RH of 60% within 12 hr when the oxygen permeability is in a steady state, is 100 cm3/m2*24h*atm or below. After the container is hermetically sealed and subjected to steam or hot water sterilization treatment, the chemical liquid container is preserved under an environment equipped with a deoxidation means to adjust the concentration of dissolved oxygen of the liquid agent when the oxygen permeability of the plastic reaches the steady state becomes 2 ppm or below.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】溶存酸素量が低減され、酸化による変質が生じにくく、経時安定性に優れた液剤を提供すること。【解決手段】蒸気滅菌処理または熱水滅菌処理後12時間以内における温度25℃、湿度60%RHでの酸素透過度が200cm3/m2・24h・atm以上であり、かつ酸素透過度が定常状態であるときの温度25℃、湿度60%RHでの酸素透過度が100cm3/m2・24h・atm以下であるプラスチックからなる薬液容器に、液剤を収容、密封し、蒸気滅菌処理または熱水滅菌処理を施した後、脱酸素手段を備える環境下で上記薬液容器を保存することにより、上記プラスチックの酸素透過度が定常状態に達したときの上記液剤の溶存酸素濃度が、2ppm以下となるように調整する。【選択図】図5
