The present invention relates to a fever-reducing hair band which can be worn on the forehead to reduce fever when a child or an adult has a high fever. In particular, rapid reduction of fever and long-lasting reduction of fever can be selectively performed. In addition, versatility and convenience of use are enhanced by variously selecting and using an elastic band. A hot and cold pad contains a refrigerant in a gel phase, is in a certain shape, has a certain area, and has excellent thermal transmission properties. A sewing strip is formed on an outline of the hot and cold pad and the elastic band is sewn on an inner side of the sewing strip at the same time. On one side of the hot and cold pad having the elastic band formed on an inner side of the sewing strip, separated mesh bodies can be supported with constant support force between the separated mesh bodies which are vertically separated to reduce fever by ventilation while the hot and cold pad does not come in direct contact with skin when the fever-reducing hair band comes in contact with skin.
