PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a multicolor cosmetic that can improve designability by making boundaries of a cosmetic having a plurality of colors vague, and can change a pattern of the boundaries in the case where the cosmetic is reduced due to use.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a multicolor cosmetic 1 comprises a filling step, an immersion step, and a pattern forming step. In the filling step, a first cosmetic having fluidity and a second cosmetic having fluidity with a color different from the first cosmetic are filled into the cosmetic tray 2. In the immersion step, a tip part of a shaft-like body 6 is immersed into at least either one of the first cosmetic and the second cosmetic, which are filled into the cosmetic tray 2 in the filling step, to a depth not reaching a bottom surface of the cosmetic tray 2.
