<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue accumulation-preventing composition which is useful for improving and keeping motor functions, increasing muscles, and the like, and to provide a functional food or drink containing the same. <；P>；SOLUTION: This fatigue accumulation-preventing composition comprises a fermentation product obtained by adding a lactobacillus belonging to the genus Leuconostoc to a soybean milk, fermenting the mixed soybean milk, and then collecting the fermentation product.
