The present invention relates to a novel vaccine adjuvant composition, and more particularly, the present invention relates to a vaccine adjuvant composition for animals with increased stability and immunogenicity. The vaccine adjuvant according to the present invention is a W/O emulsion vaccine adjuvant, and includes a nonionic hydrophilic surfactant, nonionic lipophilic surfactant, mineral oil and/or stabilizer having an HLB value of 9 or higher.본 발명은 신규한 백신보조제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 안정성과 면역원성이 증대된 동물용 백신보조제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 백신보조제는 W/O 에멀젼 백신보조제로서, HLB 값이 9 이상인 비이온성 친수성 계면활성제, 비이온성 친유성 계면활성제, 미네랄오일 및/또는 안정화제를 포함한다.
