PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high branch lopping machine that can keep the cutting angle of the cutting blade during the cutting work for low grass and tree and high branch and can miniaturize the cutting main body and decrease the cost.SOLUTION: The fixing shaft 50 is allowed to ride between the joint case 21 for the lopping main body 20 and the lopping blade-supporting case 22 and is set slidably so that the joint 21 may contact to and remove from the cutting blade-supporting case 22 in the perpendicular direction to the longitudinal direction of the operation rod 2 by the right and left rotation of the knob nut 54.
