The present invention relates to compositions and methods for β-glucan immunotherapy, and in one aspect relates to a composition comprising a β-glucan component and an antibody component that specifically binds to β-glucan. In other embodiments, this application describes a method of increasing a subject's response to β-glucan immunotherapy. The methods of the present application typically include identifying a subject as a low binder of β-glucan and administering to the subject a composition comprising a β-glucan moiety conjugated to a therapeutic antibody.
