The present invention relates to an apparatus for cultivating bean sprouts using mulberry tree sap, and a cultivation method thereof. To this end, water required for cultivation is sprinkled from an upper portion of a bean sprout-planted cultivation container, and the mulberry tree sap and a Phellinus linteus solution are added into the sprinkled water, thereby accelerating cultivation of bean sprouts while ensuring health. Owing to sap supply part provided in a supply pipe in a form of IV injection so as to supply sap, it is possible to simply connect the sap supply part and to conveniently replace various types of sap at the same time. Additionally, by comprising an IV injection valve switch in the sap supply part, it is also possible to block or open an IV injection tube after an on/off mode on a pump is detected.본 발명은 콩나물이 심어진 재배용기의 상부에서 재배에 필요한 물을 살수하고 살수되는 물에 뽕나무액과 상황버섯액을 첨가하여 콩나물을 보다 건강하고 빠르게 재배하고, 공급배관에 수액을 공급하는 링거형태의 수액공급부를 구비하여 수액공급부를 간편하게 연결함과 동시에 다양한 수액을 편리하게 교체하며 수액공급부에 링거밸브스위치를 구비하여 펌프의 온오프를 감지한 후 링거튜브를 차단 또는 개방하는 효과가 있다.
