Provided is a method of using vegetables, fruits and plants as base material to manufacture sugar powders. After cleaning and drying a suitable amount of fruits and vegetables, they are mixed and blended into liquid, and cane sugar with an appropriate proportion is added to the liquid for being cooked for a suitable period of time. After cooking, the mixed material flows into a stirring device for being stirred to constitute a cooling effect and also form a powdery matter, thereby manufacturing sugar powders with comprehensive fruits flavor, comprehensive vegetables flavor or comprehensive plants flavor, wherein the vegetables may include spinach, broccoli, cabbage, beet head, carrot, beet, etc., the fruits may include star fruit, tomato, apple, guava, banana, papaya, etc., and the plants may include aloe, forage grass and grass fruit.一種以蔬果、植物為基材製成糖粉之方法,主要係將適量之水果或蔬菜洗淨乾燥後,將其混合打成液狀,並加入適當比例之蔗糖烹煮適當之時間,使烹煮後之混合材料流入攪拌裝置攪拌,以構成冷卻效果同時形成粉狀,從而製成具有綜合水果、綜合蔬菜或綜合植物風味之糖粉。其中之蔬菜係可為菠菜、青花菜、高麗菜、甜菜頭、紅蘿蔔、甜菜等蔬菜,其中之水果係可為楊桃、蕃茄、蘋果、芭樂、香蕉、木瓜等水果,其中之植物係可為蘆薈、牧草、草果。
