PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic hood to be attached to a distal end portion of an endoscope, capable of preventing adverse effects on a patient even when an observation window filter having no biocompatibility is provided.SOLUTION: The detachable hood 50 is attached to the distal end portion 16a of the electronic endoscope. The hood 50 includes an observation window filter 51 for cutting or dimming light of a specific wavelength of the light before being incident into the observation window 42. The observation window filter 51 is sealed in the hood 50 by a sealing portion 52 so as not to be exhibited in the body cavity. An opening portion 53 of the hood 50 exhibits an illumination window 40, an air and water discharging nozzle 43, and a forceps exit 45 in the body cavity. Air or water discharged from the air and water discharging nozzle 43 flows to the surface of the sealing portion 52 through the opening portion 53. In this way, part of a body fluid or living tissues which adhere to the surface of the sealing portion 52 are removed by the air and water.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】内視鏡先端部に装着されるフードにおいて、生体適合性が無い観察窓用フィルタを設けたとしても、患者に影響を与えないようにする。【解決手段】電子内視鏡の先端部16aには、着脱自在なフード50が装着される。フード50には、観察窓42に入る前の光のうち特定波長の光をカットまたは減光する観察窓用フィルタ51が設けられている。この観察窓用フィルタ51は、体腔内で露呈することがないように、封止部52によってフード50内に封止される。フード50の開口部53は、照明窓40、送気・送水ノズル43、及び鉗子出口45を体腔内に露呈させる。この開口部53を介して、送気・送水ノズル43から出たエアや水が封止部52の表面にまで流れる。これらエアや水により、封止部52の表面に付着した体液や生体組織の一部などが除去される。【選択図】図5
