The walking aid of the present invention comprises: a main frame extending forwardly downwards, and having a front wheel attached to a first side in the length direction thereof a handle frame joined on the other side in the length direction of the main frame a pair of rear-wheel frames extending rearwardly downwards, having rear wheels attached to first sides in the length directions thereof and being coupled to the main frame on the other sides in the length directions thereof, and being disposed with an orientation such that the separation between same increases progressively towards the first sides in the length directions thereof and a horizontal shock-absorbing means attached so as to link the pair of rear-wheel frames, and generating a resilient force oriented so as to close up the distance between the first sides of the pair of rear-wheel frames when the distance between the first sides increases as the pair of rear-wheel frames are spread apart.
