The supporting frame comprises a wheel unit including a plurality of wheels, a pair of wheel connection units, a lower support unit, and a pair of connection support units in which one end thereof is connected to the wheel connection unit and the other end thereof is connected to the user frame.본 발명은 보행보조장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 사용자의 보행을 보조하기 위하여 전방지지 기능을 구비하거나, 보행하지 않은 경우 즉, 기립 상태의 경우에 앞쪽의 시야 및 손에 닿는 거리에 제한이 없도록 하여 일상생활에 편의를 제공할 수 있는 후방지지 기능을 구비하고, 상기 전방지지 기능과 상기 후방지지 기능을 선택적으로 또는 동시에 구비하는 보행보조장치에 관한 것이다.이를 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 보행보조장치는, 사용자의 상체를 보조하여 지지하는 사용자프레임 및 상기 사용자프레임과 결합하여 상기 사용자프레임을 지지하는 지지프레임을 포함하고 상기 사용자프레임은 상기 지지프레임으로부터 탈부착 할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 보행보조장치의 위치를 사용자를 기준으로 앞 또는 뒤에 위치시킬 수 있어 전방지지와 후방지지의 변환이 자유로와 사용자의 보행 및 기립 후 일상생활에 편리함을 준다.
