In the present invention, meat is exposed to smoke for only a short time, enough for meat to have special flavors by means of the smoke and is then cooked with vapor generated by boiling water, so that the meat does not harm consumers&prime health and consumers can experience the special flavors of the meat by means of the smoke. Moreover, meat can be evenly cooked even without changing the positions of the top and bottom meat holders, so user convenience can be improved. In the method of the present invention, water is contained in a low and flat dish in a sealed space having a flue toward the top thereof, and meat is put on the dish.
