The present invention provides a method for preparing bitter melon juice which has excellent antioxidant activity, is easily taken, and improves palatability by preparing juice by mixing juice obtained from bitter melon, onion, and aronia； and bitter melon prepared thereby. Furthermore, the present invention is capable of preparing a bitter melon tablet by mixing juice powder with crystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, lactose, croscarmellose sodium, and magnesium stearate after the bitter melon juice is frozen and dried to prepare powder. According to the present invention, the method for preparing bitter melon juice comprises: a first step for washing, drying, and cutting bitter melon； a second step for obtaining bitter melon juice from the bitter melon cut in the first step； a third step for washing, drying, and cutting onion； a fourth step for obtaining onion juice from the onion cut in the third step； a fifth step for obtaining aronia juice by washing and drying aronia； and a sixth step for mixing the bitter melon juice, the onion juice, and the aronia juice obtained from the second step, the fourth step, and the fifth step.본 발명은 여주, 양파, 아로니아로부터 얻은 착즙액을 혼합하여 주스를 제조함으로써 항산화활성이 뛰어날 뿐만 아니라, 복용이 간편하고 기호성이 향상된 여주 주스를 제조할 수 있고, 그로부터 제조된 여주를 제공할 수 있다.나아가 본 발명은 상기 여주 주스를 동결건조하여 분말로 한 후에 주스 분말에 결정셀룰로오스, 이산화규소, 유당, 크로스카멜로오스나트륨, 스테아린산마그네슘을 혼합하여 여주 정제를 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명 중에서 여주 주스의 제조방법은 1) 여주를 수세하여 건조한 다음 절단하는 제 1단계； 2) 상기 제 1단계의 절단된 여주로부터 여주 착즙액을 얻는 제 2단계； 3) 양파를 수세하여 건조한 다음 절단하는 제 3단계； 4) 상기 제 3단계의 절단된 양파로부터 양파 착즙액을 얻는 제 4단계； 5) 아로니아를 수세하고 건조하여 아로니아 착즙액을 얻는 제 5단계； 6) 상기 제 2, 4, 5단계에서 각각 얻은 여주 착즙액, 양파 착즙액 및 아로니아 착즙액을 혼합하는 제 6단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
