PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink production apparatus which forms an extract from an extraction raw material, injects an adsorbent into the extract and brings the extract continuously in contact with the adsorbent during the extracts flowing through piping by using a holding tube to cause to-be-removed ingredients in the extract to be adsorbed by the adsorbent to produce a homogeneous drink.SOLUTION: A drink production apparatus comprises: a dosing portion injecting an adsorbent into an extract a holding tube 12 delivered with a mixture of the extract and the adsorbent and a separation machine 6 separating and removing the adsorbent in the mixture. The adsorbent is injected, from the dosing portion, into the extract cooled by a refrigerator the mixture, with the extract kept in contact with the adsorbent, is introduced into the holding tube 12 to-be-removed ingredients are adsorbed by the adsorbent while the mixture of the extract and the adsorbent flows through the holding tube 12 and the mixture of the extract and the adsorbent is transferred from the holding tube 12 to the separation machine 6 to separate and remove the adsorbent in the mixture.
