PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water tank bottom cleaning system capable of cleaning the inside of the water tank completely and finely, while allowing a cleaning device to travel automatically by setting its travel route freely.SOLUTION: A water tank bottom cleaning system for a fish-and-shellfish breeding water tank has an imaging apparatus 10 for overlooking and imaging a water tank 100 from the upper side, a cleaning device 20 for moving and simultaneously cleaning the bottom of the water tank 100, and a control device 30 connected to the imaging apparatus 10 and the cleaning device 20.
