The present invention relates to an onion-cheese pork cutlet and a method of manufacturing the same, comprising the following steps: aging pork under the temperature of -5 to -1°；C； cutting the aged pork into slices； tenderizing the cut pork； injecting fillings, including onion and mozzarella, as ingredients into the tenderized pork to form source-deposited chunks； mixing the source-deposited chunks with beta-mix and dressing the same with bread powder； and quickly freezing the dressed chunks under the temperature of -35 to -30°；C, wherein the fillings are manufactured by mixing crushed onion and mozzarella at a volume ratio of 1:1.1 to 1:1.5.
