The present invention relates to tea mixed with Mallotus Japanicus which contains bark and leaf of Mallotus Japanicus as main raw materials, and contains stem and leaf of New Zealand spinach, persimmon leaf, and tea leaf as auxiliary raw materials, and to a preparing method thereof. The preparing method of the tea mixed with Mallotus Japanicus comprises the following steps: selecting each of bark and leaf of Mallotus Japanicus, licorice, rice bran (rice germ), stem and leaf of New Zealand spinach, persimmon leaf, and tea leaf, washing the same, and drying the same removing unique smell of each of the electrically dried leaves, and rubbing the electrically dried leaves roasting the electrically rubbed bark and leaf of Mallotus Japanicus, rice bran (rice germ), stem and leaf of New Zealand spinach, persimmon leaf, and tea leaf for one to three times, or fermenting the same drying the materials obtained in the above step with cold air or hot air, and pulverizing the same into small pieces and mixing the pulverized leaves in a mixture ration of bark and leaf of Mallotus Japonicus : licorice : rice bran (rice germ) : stem and leaf of New Zealand spinach : persimmon leaf : tea leaf = main raw materials (70-90%) : auxiliary raw materials (10-30%), and packaging the same in tea bags. The present invention uses bark and leaf of Mallotus Japonicus, unlike a related art of preparing herbal medicine by mainly using bark and woody parts of Mallotus Japonicus, and uses a mixture of licorice, rice bran (rice germ), stem and leaf of New Zealand spinach, persimmon leaf, and tea leaf, thereby providing abundant nutrients and active ingredients, and preference for a consumer to enable the consumer to easily drink the same.
