PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily food which, in a composite food combining a high-moisture food and a low-moisture food, can suppress moisture absorption of the low-moisture food.SOLUTION: In an oily food, fat and oil contained in the oily food satisfy following conditions (a) to (e): (a) the content of X3 is 5 mass% or less (b) the content of X2U is 10-50 mass% (c) the content of XU2 is 30-70 mass% (d) the content of U3 is 1-25 mass% and (e) the total content of XXU and UXU is 6.5-40 mass%, (wherein X represents a saturated fatty acid having 16-20 carbon atoms and U represents an unsaturated fatty acid having 18 carbon atoms).
