PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat composition having good mutual solubility with cocoa butter, and an oily food hardly causing bloom and having excellent melting feeling in the mouth.SOLUTION: A fat composition satisfies the conditions (a)-(h) as follows: (a) the content of fatty acid having 12 or less carbon atoms based on the total constituent fatty acids is 15-33 mass% (b) the content of palmitic acid based on the total constituent fatty acids is 20-45 mass% (c) the content of stearic acid based on the total constituent fatty acids is 4-22 mass% (d) the content of unsaturation fatty acid based on the total constituent fatty acids is 13-30 mass% (e) the content of fatty acid having 20 or more carbon atoms based on the total constituent fatty acids is 2 mass% or less (f) the content of lauric acid to the content of stearic acid based on the total constituent fatty acids is 1.2-5.0 (g) the content of palmitic acid to the content of stearic acid based on the total constituent fatty acids is 1.6-5.0 and (h) the content of 42-48C triglyceride based on the total triglycerides is 40-65 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
