TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a composition for improving skin wrinkles or inflammation, which comprises a composition containing a substance P (Substance P, SP) as an active ingredient, and more specifically, to promotion of collagen synthesis and production of collagen degrading enzyme. The present invention relates to a novel use of a composition containing a substance P that suppresses and suppresses anti-inflammatory reaction to improve skin wrinkles or inflammation, and a cosmetic composition for improving skin wrinkles and inflammation containing the composition. The composition containing the substance P of the present invention comprises an antioxidant added to stabilize the substance P to the basic characteristics of the substance P which is known to have an effect of improving wrinkles or inflammation of the skin. By the synergistic action of the active agent and the thickener, the improved effect of substance P on the improvement of skin wrinkles or inflammation was shown.
