PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus photography device for performing focusing without having an examinee recognize a focus index.SOLUTION: The fundus photography device includes: an illumination optical system provided with an infrared light source for illuminating the fundus with infrared light an imaging element having sensitivity to an infrared region a visual target presentation optical system provided with a visual target presentation part for presenting a visible visual target to the fundus a focus chart for forming a focus visual target of a prescribed shape on the fundus by shielding a part of the infrared light directing toward the eye in the irradiation optical path of the infrared light of the illumination optical system a focusing lens which interlocks with the focus chart and moves to an optical axis a focus adjustment means for performing focusing on the basis of brightness information about the focus index projected on the fundus and a visible light illumination means for superimposing the illumination light by visible light on a position of the focus index formation on the fundus so as not to have the examinee perceive the focus index projected on the fundus when performing focusing by the focus adjustment means.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 被検者にフォーカス指標を認識させずフォーカス合わせを行える眼底撮影装置を提供できる。【解決手段】眼底撮影装置は、眼底を赤外光で照明する赤外光源を備える照明光学系と、赤外域に感度を有する撮像素子と、眼底に可視の視標を呈示する視標呈示部を備える視標呈示光学系と、照明光学系の赤外光の照射光路中で,眼に向かう赤外光の一部を遮光することで眼底に所定形状のフォーカス視標を形成するフォーカスチャートと、フォーカスチャートと連動して光軸に移動されるフォーカシングレンズと、眼底に投影されたフォーカス指標の輝度情報に基づきフォーカス合わせを行うためのフォーカス調節手段と、フォーカス調節手段によるフォーカス合わせ時に、眼底に投影されるフォーカス指標を被検者に知覚させないために眼底上のフォーカス指標の形成位置に可視光による照明光を重畳させる可視光照明手段を備える。【選択図】 図2
