PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device suppressing the generation of a dead space in a disposed portion, eliminating the wastefulness of a space, and having high layout efficiency.SOLUTION: A light source device includes: a first irradiation region 71 prescribed as a supposititious irradiation region of primary light and a second irradiation region 73 prescribed as an actual irradiation region of the primary light.
