PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bee hive box that makes it possible to quickly pack bees for shipping, while being excellent in bee transportability.SOLUTION: The bee hive box includes: a hive box body including a box and capable of storing a plurality of layers of hive tile frames, the box being open at its top face and having a square or rectangular bottom plate, right and left walls, and front and rear walls a cover body removably put over the top face and having a top plate and a cover strip body whose both ends are separably connected together and which has both ends connected together while covering the bottom plate, the right and left walls, and the top plate, while the cover body is put over the hive box body. The hive box body has box ventilation holes open in one or both of the front and rear walls. The cover body has a top plate ventilation hole open in the top plate and a projecting part that projects upwards.
