PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a bee-keeping method for Western honey bee into a bee-keeping method for Japanese honey bee exclusive for winter season.SOLUTION: The bee-keeping method for Japanese honey bee exclusive for winter season, includes: a process for confirming whether a honeycomb is formed in the upper portion of a hive of a bee-keeping box body 1, laying the bee-keeping box body, when honey is sufficiently stored, detaching a bottom plate, detaching the bottom plate of an empty bee-keeping box body, and then connecting the empty bee-keeping box body to the honey-stored bee-keeping box a process for removing the upper lid of the honey-stored bee-keeping box body, peeling off the honey-stored honeycomb with a knife, and then storing the honey-stored honeycomb in another bag and a process for removing the honey-stored bottom plate, and transferring all honeybees in the empty bee-keeping box body.
