PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevents a liquid substance from leaking from a cover to the outside when a male member is not connected.SOLUTION: A male member cover 10 to be mounted on a male member 40 includes: a cover body 20 including an elastically compression-deformable outer circumferential wall 21 and a top plate 23 provided on one end of the outer circumferential wall, and comprising a flexible material and a cap 30 with an opening 31 formed therein. On the top plate, a through part 24 passing through the top plate is formed. The cap is mounted on the top plate so as to liquid-tightly seal the through part. At least a part of the through part is exposed in the opening of the cap.
