The present invention relates to a wearable body fat combustion measurement device and, more specifically, to a wearable body fat combustion measurement device enabling measurement of the amount of body fat combustion by means of detecting acetone evaporated from a user's sweat. The present invention provides the wearable body fat combustion measurement device comprising: a housing having a first chamber having an opening； a fixing means which is attached to the housing and enables the housing to come into close contact with the user's skin while the opening of the first chamber is toward the user's skin； a measurement sensor disposed inside the first chamber and generating an electrical signal in accordance with the amount of acetone comprised in a gas which is generated by means of the evaporation of the sweat perspired from the user's skin and then flows into the first chamber through the opening； a reference sensor disposed outside the first chamber and generating an electrical signal in accordance with the concentration of a gas component which is comprised in the outside air and can be detected by means of the measurement sensor； and a signal processing unit receiving the electrical signals from the measurement sensor and the reference sensor. The wearable body fat combustion measurement device according to the present invention enables continuous monitoring of the amount of body fat combustion.
