PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibiotic sustained release device that realizes a structure capable of flexibly administering optimal antibiotics in conformity to the situation of an affected area with an accessible structure from the outside.SOLUTION: An antibiotic sustained release device is the device for administering antibiotics to the tissue of a fracture place. A fixing pin body 110 of an antibiotic sustained release device 100 includes a shaft body 111, a side opening 114 provided at the side face of the shaft body 111, a proximal end opening 115 provided at the proximal end of the shaft body 111, a hollow 113 for penetrating from the side opening 114 of the shaft body 111 to the proximal end opening 115, and a screw 112 provided around the tip of the shaft body 111 and screwed in a bone. The fixing pin body is pierced in the bone out of a wound of a fracture place and fixed therein. Also, an infusion tube connection 120 receives the supply of antibiotics from the outside antibiotics infusion tube, and the sustained release of the antibiotics is made from the side opening 114 through the hollow 113 of the fixing pin body 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 外部からアクセス容易な構造で臨機応変に患部の状況に合わせて最適な抗生剤を投与できる構造を実現した、抗生剤徐放器具を提供する。 【解決手段】 骨折箇所の組織に抗生剤を投与する器具である。抗生剤徐放器具１００の固定ピン本体１１０は、軸体１１１と、軸体１１１の側面に設けられた側面開口部１１４と、軸体１１１の基端部に設けられた基端開口部１１５と、軸体１１１の側面開口部１１４から基端部開口１１５まで貫く中空部１１３と、軸体１１１の先端部の周囲に設けられ骨内に螺入せしめるネジ部１１２を備え、骨折箇所の創外の骨に刺入して固定せしめる。また、輸液チューブ接続部１２０は、外部の抗生剤輸液チューブから抗生剤の供給を受け、固定ピン本体１１０の中空部１１３を介して側面開口部１１４から抗生剤を徐放せしめる。【選択図】 図１
