PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external skeletal fixator having a provisional fixing mechanism capable of readjusting the position and posture of a pin while achieving downsizing.SOLUTION: An external skeletal fixator 1 for fixing a first pin and a second pin inserted into a bone outside the body includes a fixator body 10 having a first pin hole 11 into which the first pin is inserted, and a second pin hole 12 into which the second pin is inserted.
