The present invention relates to a bone external fixator. The bone external fixator according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising a supporting part； a first clamp movably combined with the supporting part and converted into a state of being contacted and fixed on the supporting part or a state of canceling the fixation； a pin supporting part movably combined with the first clamp and converted into a state of being contacted and fixed on the first clamp part and a state of canceling the fixation； a pin combined with the pin supporting part and having the other side fixed on the bone； and a fastening member pressing the first clamp in the direction of the first clamp fixed on the supporting part to maintain a stated of the first clamp contacted and fixed on the supporting part, wherein the fastening member presses the first clamp for the first clamp and the pin supporting part to be in a state of being contacted and fixed by a pressing force of the fastening member when the first clamp and the supporting part is contacted and fixed.본 발명은 골 외고정 장치에 관련된 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 골 외고정 장치는, 지지부와, 상기 지지부에 이동 가능하게 결합되며 상기 지지부에 밀착 고정되는 상태 또는 그 고정을 해제하는 상태로의 전환이 가능한 제1클램프와, 상기 제1클램프에 이동 가능하게 결합되며 상기 제1클램프에 밀착 고정되는 상태 및 그 고정을 해제하는 상태로의 전환이 가능한 핀 지지부와, 상기 핀 지지부에 결합되며 타측이 뼈에 고정되는 핀과, 상기 제1클램프가 상기 지지부에 밀착 고정된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록, 상기 제1클램프가 상기 지지부에 고정되는 방향으로 상기 제1클램프를 가압할 수 있는 조임 부재를 구비하며, 상기 조임 부재가 상기 제1클램프를 가압하여 상기 제1클램프와 상기 지지부가 밀착 고정될 때 상기 조임 부재의 가압력에 의하여 상기 제1클램프와 상기 핀 지지부도 함께 밀착 고정되는 상태가 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
