PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trouble of applying or sticking on a part to be measured, or work for wiping off an adhering substance of the part to be measured, and to simplify the handling to allow measurement on the same conditions.
SOLUTION: This bioinformation measurement device includes: a measurement part for noninvasively measuring a substance inside a test subject based on light irradiating the test subject with light a strip-like coupling tape, interposed between the test subject and the measurement part, for coupling the test subject and the measurement part and a carrying mechanism for carrying the coupling tape. The coupling tape has: a sheet body formed in a strip shape and coupling sheets, provided on the sheet body at prescribed interval, and transmitting light irradiated from the measurement part and the light from the test subject.
