PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper capable of effectively preventing lowering of fastening force even in the case of crossing the fastening tapes.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 10 includes: a body part including a crotch part C, a ventral part A and a back side part B and a pair of right and left fastening means 11 disposed on both right and left regions in the cross direction in the back side part B of the body part and also fastening the back side part B to the ventral part A. The pair of fastening means 11 are respectively disposed along the longitudinal direction Y of the diaper, and provided with a first fastening tape 21 and a second fastening tape 22 which are oblong, extending in the width direction X of the diaper. At least one fastening tape 21 of the first and second fastening tapes 21, 22 is provided with a base side fastening part 21c, a stretchable part 21d and a tip side fastening part 21e in order along the extending direction and toward a tip part 21b.
