PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development type disposable diaper facilitating to change a diaper even in a dark place such as under a night-light (a yellow miniature bulb) when changing a diaper late at night.
SOLUTION: This development type disposable diaper 1 is disposed with fastening tapes 8 at the both longitudinal side edges respectively, the fastening tapes are fixed to the side edges by the fitting parts 81, one face 8A of each fastening tape 8 has a male material of a hook-and-loop fastener as the fixing means 82, and the other face 8B of the fastening tape 8 has different colors as shown in Fig.4, a color at the tip part 83 of its prescribed width being different from a color of the central part 84 positioned between the tip part 83 and the fitting part 81, so that there are 20% or more difference in the reflectances of the tip part 83 and the central part 84 to the light of wavelength of 600-700 nm, with the reflectance of the tip part 83 being lower than the central part 84.
