PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet device and a liquid jet method for reducing the risk to suck and damage non-excised biological tissues while securing a necessary suction amount, when sucking a liquid jetted from a jet port, blood collected in a surgery site, and excised biological tissues.SOLUTION: The liquid jet device excises biological tissue by jetting the liquid from the jet port 122 toward the biological tissue, and includes a liquid jet means 100 that jets the liquid from the jet port 122, and a suction means 150 that changes a suction negative pressure periodically and sucks at least either of the jetted liquid and the excised biological tissue, wherein the suction means 150 begins the suction after a fixed time elapses from the start of jetting, maintains the suction at a first suction negative pressure while the jet continues, and sucks at a second suction negative pressure for a predetermined period of time after a fixed time elapses from the end of jetting.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】噴射口から噴射した液体や術部に溜まった血液、及び切除された生物組織を吸引するに際して、必要な吸引量を確保しながら、切除されていない生物組織を吸引して損傷させることを低減可能とする液体噴射装置及び液体噴射方法を提供する。【解決手段】液体噴射装置は、噴射口122から生物組織に向けて液体を噴射することで、生物組織の切除を行う液体噴射装置であって、液体を噴射口122から噴射する液体噴射手段100と、吸引負圧を周期的に変動させて、噴射された液体及び切除された生物組織の少なくともいずれかを吸引する吸引手段150と、を備え、吸引手段150は、噴射が開始する一定時間の経過後に吸引を開始し、噴射が継続している間は第1の吸引負圧で吸引を維持し、噴射が終了してから一定時間の経過後に第2の吸引負圧で所定の時間吸引する。【選択図】図1
